Die Stadt ist für das Klima, Kultur, Kunst, Musik, Geschichte, eine Mode, Sportarten und unnachahmliche Individualität wohlbekannt.

In a renovated building with an elevator, the apartment has a lot of light, modern furniture and views over a lovely courtyard through large sliding windows. Sleeping up to 6 people, this apartment is great value for groups of 4 and above. Air conditioned throughout and also very comfortable. There is a "Holmes Place" gym downstairs for those who have membership. Other attractions in the area include the museum of Contemporary Art, the Picasso museum, the Gran Teatre de Liceu (the opera house), La Boqueria marketplace, and the Gothic Quarter with its museums and cathedral. The Rambla is about a 10 minute walk along this very pleasant boulevard, and buses and taxis are in easy reach. This is a very affluent area of central Barcelona with an array of designer shops, bars and cafes. The apartment is immaculate, has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. Other attractions in the area include Gaudi's Casa Milá and Casa Battló, and you are about 15 minutes from the Gothic area which is dotted with restaurants and boasts the Cathedral as its centrepiece. Walking in the opposite direction for about 20 minutes will bring you to Gaudi's masterpiece: the Sagrada Familia, his famous unfinished cathedral. The apartment has central heating throughout. Also very close to the sea, to Santa Maria del Mar, and just a few minutes (walking through Barcelona´s most restaurant dense area) to the Rambla. For many the location could not be better. The apartment itself consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a bathroom and two WCs and a living/dining room/kitchen equipped with two double sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment is air conditioned throughout. Sleeps 4 to 6 in comfort, and can theoretically sleep up to 8.
