This well-furnished two-bedroom apartment provides a nice and comfortable stay to up to four guests.  Located right in the center of Kiev, this apartment is great for guests who come to Kiev for business or leisure.

 

A very elegant living room has a comfortable sofa, two big chairs and a contemporary glass coffee table. For your entertainment we have a large TV with cable channels, a home theater, and a DVD player.

 

Each of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed with an orthopedical  mattress and IKEA dresser.

 

The kitchen has a contemporary 4-person round dining set, a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator and all kinds of kitchenware.

 

The apartment comes with one and a half bathroom. One bathroom has a hydro massage shower, a sink and a mirror. The other bathroom has a toilet.

 

This is a beautiful newly renovated apartment that feels like home! The total space of the apartment is 75 sq. m.

 

The apartment located on the 3rd floor of an old historical building. Windows and the balcony are overlooking a nice quiet backyard. The building is very well maintained. There is no elevator in the building. Access-code is required to enter the building. The apartment has a central cold, hot water and heating system.
