DESCRIPTION

Studio located on the ground floor of an ancient building, at Alfama. In the way it is renovated you can still see the structure of the old building's construction (an amazing stone arch). The apartment has 35 m2 and It has been recently renovated.

The apartment is a short walking distance from the other picturesque neighborhoods of Baixa and Chiado. Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, high standard shops (at Chiado) and access to the train to the beaches around Cascais (Cais do Sodré).


Apartment for 2 persons. Additional person (older than 8y) - 20 euronight.

When staying longer than 7days a 5% reduction will be applied, 10% when longer than a month, and 15% when between 2 and 6 months.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde” and a basket of fruit. You will also find in the apartment various CDs of typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.

WE HAVE AVAILABLE:

- a living room with single sofa bed with Tv and Hi-Fi;
- a kitchenette with electric oven and stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine;
- a bedroom with double bed separated from the living room by a curtain;
- a bathroom with shower;

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.
