DESCRIPTION

Charming studio located at the 3rd floor of a renewed building in the Pena district. It is 25m2 sunny studio has been completely renovated. From the window you can see the castle and the river behind the roofs of nearby houses.

Nearby you have all kinds of traditional commerce, and it is a walking distance from Lisbon's historical centre and some of the best sea food restaurants in the city. It is also a short walking distance to the subway and train stations going to the beaches around Cascais. There are two public car parks 3 minutes walking.

Apartment for 2 persons. Additional person (older than 8y) - 20 euronight.

When staying longer than 7days a 5% reduction will be applied, 10% when longer than a month, and 15% when between 2 and 6 months.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde” and a basket of fruit. You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.

WE HAVE AVAILABLE:

- one room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a single bed and a dining area . It has cable TV and a stereo hifi system.
- seperated kitchen with all you need (electric stove and oven, microwave and fridge with frozen compartment.
- a bathroom with a small shower where is the washing machine

In wintertime it is heated with electric heaters.
