DESCRIPTION

Apartment 8 is located on the ground floor of a renovated building on a small street near Rua da Costa do Castelo (street of the castle) and Baixa. This colourful apartment has 45m2 and has been entirely renovated.

Nearby you have various forms of traditional Portuguese commerce, and from there you can easily reach most of the popular sightseeing spots in Lisbon. It is also a short walking distance to the subway (Martim Moniz station) and to the train stations going to the beaches around Cascais. There are also two public car parks within a 5 minutes walk of the apartment.

Apartment for 2 persons. Additional person (older than 8y) - 20 euronight.

When staying longer than 7days a 5% reduction will be applied, 10% when longer than a month, and 15% when between 2 and 6 months.

We will welcome you with a bottle of cold “vinho verde” and a basket of fruit. You will also find in the apartment various CDs with typical Portuguese music to complete your cultural experience in Lisbon.

WE HAVE AVAILABLE:

- bedroom with double bed (140 cm);
- living room with double sofa-bed and a double bed in a mezzanine. The living room has cable TV and hifi stereo
- kitchen with all you need including electric stove, fridge with freezer and microwave
- a bathroom with bathtub, where there is also a washing machine

In wintertime the apartment is heated with electric heaters.

Theres is also DSL internet connection where you can connect your laptop.
