"Kutuzov house" one-bedroom apartment is spacious and very comfortable apartment in the heart of a business part of Moscow, in the historical “Stalin’s era” district of the city. 3 minutes walk to the Smolenskaya metro station.  If you prefer big stores, casinos and the 24-hour nightlife - its also here! This apartment is rated as “First Class” especially meant for guests, arriving for international forums and exhibitions at the Expo Center. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of one of the highest “Stalin-style” buildings in the very center of Moscow near hotel “Golden Ring”. The Expo Center in Krasnaya Presnya area is located opposite of the apartment building, which stands on the shore of Moscow River. You can arrive there by car (3 minutes) or walk across the Bridge (15 minutes). The apartment has European style renovation, new double windows, living room and bedroom well furnished, completely modernized appliances in the kitchen, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, telephone, microwave, and satellite TV. A king size bed in a bedroom, all necessary equipment. Very clean and bright apartment. Sound proof windows, laundry washer,  refrigerator, electric tea kettle, microwave oven, etc.
