Please be informed that there will be no hot water in this building between August 05 and August 18. These dates may change although we hope they won't.

All of our apartments have water heaters in the bathroom, but still you may want to look for an apartment in a different area to have hot water in the whole apartment. The water from the water heater may not be as hot as you would like it to be.

This two-room apartment is just 100 meters from the very center of the Old Arbat, a famous pedestrian tourist attraction of Moscow. This is a medium size apartment, ideal for a group of 2-4 people, with each couple sharing a double bed/sofa.

One bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed, night tables and a large wardrobe chest. The second bedroom has a sleeper-couch, entertainment system with TV, DVD and CD player, coffee table, chairs, and comfortable arm-chairs. The kitchen has all new appliances and a washing machine.

You're just 100 meters away from the very center of the Old Arbat area - a pedestrian tourist heaven in Moscow. Just a few minutes' walk from here is Smolenskaya metro station, a 24-hour supermarket “The 7th Continent”, Vakhtangov Theater and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dozens of souvenir shops, restaurants, boutiques - they are all right outside your apartment - on the Arbat street. Moscow's elegant Spas House, the U.S. ambassador's residence in Russia is a very short walk from your apartment. This neighborhood also houses the Spanish Embassy.
