A cozy one-bedroom apartment located within a 5 minute walk from downtown Volgograd. Nearby are many nice restaurants, a theater, several shopping centers, a bus /tram stop, an internet cafe and a post office.

The cozy living room has a comfy sofa-bed, chair, a small TV, and a telephone. The bedroom has a nice comfortable queen-size bed. The kitchen has all necessary kitchenware including a microwave, a gas-stove and all other kitchen necessities. The bathroom has a nice shower-cubicle, a sink and a mirror. In addition to central heating there are also portable electric heaters.

 With a solid metal door at the building entrance this apartment is very safe.

Weekly cleaning services are included for no additional charge. Additional visists are $35

For your convenience an English speaking housekeeper is there to clean and cook for you for the additional fee of $8 per person per day.
