DESCRIPTION

A beautiful spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor of an eight-story building overlooking Volgograd’s main street – Lenin Prospect. Across the street is the famous Alley of Heroes. Nearby are a lot of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and supermarkets. Public transportation stops are also within a few minute walk. Volgograd Central Market and the stairway to the famous and beautiful Volga river are also very close to the apartment.

The spacious living room has comfy sofa, two chairs TV, a large entertainment center and a beautiful area rug. The bedroom has antique-style Italian furniture – a queen-sized bed and a beautiful dresser with a mirror. The spacious kitchen has a dining table set for four people, a refrigerator, a microwave and all sorts of other kitchenware. The bathroom has recently been renovated and has new bathtub, a sink, and a large mirror. An iron board and a washer are also available in the apartment for your convenience.  In addition to central heating there are also portable electric heaters and air-conditioner.

With a solid metal door at the building entrance and another solid metal door at the apartment entrance this apartment is very safe.
