DESCRIPCIÓN

This is one of our favorite apartments to stay when in Kiev! Affordable spacious studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a garden tub and mirrored ceiling, separate toilet room, hall, and a balcony. The apartment has one queen bed, sofa-bed, arm-chair, a cable TV, High Speed Internet connection (pay per usage), stereo (CD), electric kettle, refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave oven, washer, iron, ironing board, telephone, hairdryer. It can easily host up to three people. Windows and balcony face a quiet green yard. Located on the 3rd floor this apartment is safe.  The building has an elevator.  It is located in an old historical building with a code-access entrance from the street. Never worry about absence of hot water here - we have a separate water heater installed.

The apartment is located in the historical center of Kiev just 5 minutes away from the metro station “Golden Gates”. Close by are historical monuments such as Golden Gates (11th century), the “St. Sophia of Kiev” National Preserve with the St. Sophia Cathedral (11th century) and the Bell Tower (17th century), St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral (19th century).  Theater Square with the National Opera of Ukraine is just across the street.  Kreschatyk and Independence Square are 10 minutes by foot. There are many cafes and restaurants, markets and supermarkets around the apartment. Close to the building is the Irish pub, pizza, mini-market, fish store. This apartment is situated in the area with a lot of international companies such as DTZ, Philip Morris, Panasonic, Reebok, Lufthansa, and others are located. Also located nearby are Embassies of Austria, Czech Republic, Sweden, Belgium, Canada, Norway, Finland, France, etc. This apartment is ideal for tourists. A very popular restaurant Deja Vu is also near by. Walking distance to the main sights: Golden Gate - 5 min, Opera theatre - 10 min, St. Sophia cathedral - 5 min, Kreschatik street - 10 min, St. Mikhail cathedral - 7 min, Andrew desent - 10 min. Nearest subway station - "Zolotye vorota" - 5 minutes.
