With capability to host up to 4 people this apartment has one king-size bed, a leather sofa-bed, and a dining table that sits four people. The apartment has an air-conditioner, telephone, dial-up internet, TV-set with SAT TV, a DVD player, and a stereo.

The  kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave oven, gas-stove, , coffee-maker, all kitchen utensils and kitchenware. There is a bar counter with 2 bar chairs in the kitchen.

It is an  ideal place for tourists as it is located near the central Independence square (Maidan), just a three minute walk from the metro. Nearby are the Mikhaylovskiy and Sofievskiy cathedrals. This is a modern apartment with the same features a suite in a 4-star hotel would have. You will live in a historical building with the unique wooden front staircase which was conserved to the present time from the early last century. The code-access only building entrance is through the yard. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. The building has an elevator. This historical building is located only steps from McDonald's, "Globus" shopping center, central subway stop "Maydan Nezalezhnosti", Kreschatik street, banks, ATMs, shops.
