The apartment is well furnished in a modern style and being on the beach front is in the very heart of the village. Both bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes with patio doors to an adjoining balcony. The bathroom is modern, tiled and with a full bath,there is also a separate shower room. The apartment can accomodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is a modern stylish kitchen, very well equipped and with modern conveniences. In the lounge there is a CD player, comfortable sofa's table and chairs ,this magnificent double heighted room has 4 almost floor to ceiling stained glass windows that when all open feels like the lounge is on the beach. It truly gives this apartment the WOW factor.

From the double heighted lounge you have a great view down the beaches of Sitges, and of course Sitges most famous landmark, La Punta, or the church. Located on the second floor fo the building (with elevator), in the same building as Riberia Penthouse 73 and Riberia beach 74 apartments.

This Sitges apartment is Just seconds from all shops and restaurants, in August and June this is the best location to see all the parades of Fiesta Mayor and Sant Juan affording you the BEST view in town.

From the centre of Sitges, a five minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Aguadolc. With its stunning yachts and excellent restaurants this port is well worth a visit. Sip a coffee or enjoy lunch in one of the fantastic seafood restaurants as you watch the boats moor and the beautiful people step into their Lambourghini’s.

Port Aventura, this amazing Water Park is just a 2 train-stops from Sitges.

The stunning Cathedral at Monserrat, built high into the mountainside of the Penendes is truly spectacular and is approximately 45 minutes journey from Sitges. You can combine this trip with a visit to the famous Cava and Wine producers of Catalunya, such as Torres, Frixenet and Cordeanu.
Further afield, about 1 hour’s train journey, are the ancient Roman ruins at Tarragona where you can step back in time and see the Colosseum and Roman battlements.
