BRAND NEW Modern, bright and light this brand new two bedroom Sitges apartment, 5 minute walk to San Sebastian beach 5 mins too centre of Sitges town. This newly built apartment in Sitges provides a nice space just minutes from the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. The apartment is on the second floor and not overlooked.

There is a nice size lounge / dinner with 2 sofas, coffee table ,dinning table.Patio doors open onto a small stand only balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single, both bedrooms have wardrobes and are off a good size, the double bedroom has patio doors which open onto a small stand only balcony the single room looks onto the inner courtyard. The new kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine. One big bathroom with bath and shower. This apartment can sleep more than 3 people if the sofa beds are used.

This apartment is in the centre of Sitges, great location for all that Sitges has to offer, with cafes, restaurants, designer shop, clubs, bars, and the beach right on your door step .

LUGARES FAMOSOS O DE INTERÉS EN LOS ALREDEDORES:

From the centre of Sitges, a five minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Aguadolc. With its stunning yachts and excellent restaurants this port is well worth a visit. Sip a coffee or enjoy lunch in one of the fantastic seafood restaurants as you watch the boats moor and the beautiful people step into their Lambourghini’s.
Port Aventura, this amazing Water Park is just a 2 train-stops from Sitges.

The stunning Cathedral at Monserrat, built high into the mountainside of the Penendes is truly spectacular and is approximately 45 minutes journey from Sitges. You can combine this trip with a visit to the famous Cava and Wine producers of Catalunya, such as Torres, Frixenet and Cordeanu.

Further afield, about 1 hour’s train journey, are the ancient Roman ruins at Tarragona where you can step back in time and see the Colosseum and Roman battlements.
